ABOUT CBM
The Center for Biblical Missions
As the missions training and resource arm of The Master’s Academy International (TMAI), CBM exists to educate and equip local churches and missions leaders for global missions through biblically grounded resources and strategic guidance.
What we believe
We believe:
The Great Commission is the central directive of New Testament missions given by Christ’s authority, based upon the sufficiency of Scripture, and empowered by the Holy Spirit.
Be encouraged…
…to embrace disciple-making beginning by confronting unbelief, proclaiming the gospel, calling for repentance, and forming mature believers within the context of the church.
OUR DEFINITION
“Biblical missions” is the Great Commission task of proclaiming the excellencies of Christ to sinners cross-culturally and applying the authority and sufficiency of Scripture to every activity of disciple-making in all contexts.
THE BIBLICAL SEQUENCE
The verbal proclamation of the gospel to the lost
The planting of local churches
Mature churches training faithful indigenous leaders
Has “Missions” Lost Its Meaning?
The word “missions” in today’s evangelical world has been stretched beyond recognition—absorbed by political activism, social reform, and ecumenical compromise. It’s time to cut through the confusion by recovering the concept of “biblical missions.”

Those training centers prepare pastors and church leaders in their own countries. CBM serves local churches with missions resources built on the same convictions, and we’re working with the training centers to bring these resources into their classrooms.
